Meet Donald Scherer

Donald Scherer, our CEO, was the first beta tester of WebEx and led one of the first companies to use on-line meetings as a sales tool.  After selling his first company to Thomspson Reuters for $100M, he wrote a best selling book on how sales assembly lines could be used to produce sales at scale.  From here, his methodology was employed by numerous unicorns. 

After working with numerous high growth companies, he was tapped to lead a Insight backed roll-up named ExactEra.com. By employing the methodology and developing specialized software, he led the Company to be the fastest growing fintech ever – expanding from 10 employees to 500 in under three years.  Out of Insight’s 600 portfolio companies, it was the fifth fastest growing company.

At its peak, ExactEra was performing 6000 first appointments per year due to its high velocity sales assembly line and the proprietary software that controlled every aspect of the operation.
